Safety and security at the festival
Keeping you safe is one of our top priorities at Hive Family Festival. We want to make sure that you and everyone else feels safe whilst at our festival.
We’re working closely with a team of highly trained security professionals and stewards to ensure your safety. All Hive Family Festival staff members will be wearing hi-vis jackets, making them easily identifiable.
For your safety, please be prepared for bag searches upon entry. Please look at our list of prohibited items.
If you witness any suspicious or unacceptable behaviour whilst at Hive, please report it to our security team or one of our stewards, who will be happy to assist you.
A medical team will be on site for the duration of the festival. If you are feeling unwell at all, please visit our onsite medical team.
Please prepare for all weather conditions. Make sure to keep your family hydrated and protected from the sun. There will be plenty of shady spots to get a break from the sun. Please wear hats and sunscreen and seek regular breaks.
Your children are your responsibility. If you and your child should become separated, please report to your nearest steward, who will be able to assist you.
