Getting your tickets

Age Restrictions

All attendees aged 15 or younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or older, who holds a valid ticket and will stay on-site as their guardian throughout the entire event. Minors 15 and under will not be permitted to enter the festival without an eligible adult present.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or request further clarification from individuals attempting to gain access with the wrong ticket type or accompanying minors for whom they are not responsible.

e-Tickets

Skiddle are our official ticketing partner. If you buy from any other site, you risk purchasing fraudulent tickets and may be turned away at the gate. Only e-tickets will be issued. We will not issue paper/physical tickets.

You can either display your e-ticket on your phone or bring a printed copy. Please ensure your ticket is ready for scanning.

If you’re using your phone, we suggest taking a screenshot of your e-ticket beforehand for easy access, especially as we cannot guarantee phone signal on the day.

There will be limited ticket support on the day, so please ensure you have purchased your tickets prior to the festival and have these saved on your phone, or printed.

Upgrades & VIP

We believe in creating an inclusive experience for all attendees, so VIP options are not part of our festival.

Everyone is invited to enjoy the same amazing atmosphere, performances, and activities, making it a truly shared celebration for everyone.

Tiered Ticketing

Hive Family Festival offers a tiered ticket system, giving you the chance to grab tickets at the best price with our early bird option. As the festival approaches, ticket prices will increase through set tiers.

The earlier you purchase, the more you save! Rest assured, every ticket provides the same fantastic access – the only difference is the price you pay.

Receiving e-Tickets

E-tickets will be issued around 24 hours before the event.

Booking confirmations are sent to the email address provided during purchase. If you haven’t received yours, please try the following steps:

If you’re unable to access your account, it’s possible that your email address was entered incorrectly at checkout. In this case, please contact Hive Family Festival directly at hello@hivefamilyfestival.co.uk.

• Search your inbox for emails from ‘Skiddle.’
• Check your spam, junk, or bulk email folders.
• Visit skiddle.com and log into your account via My Tickets. If needed, use the ‘Forgot Password’ option to reset your login and view your booking.

Camping

Camping options are offered through Fairthorne Manor, subject to availability. For all camping-related inquiries, please contact Fairthorne Manor directly.

Please note that families staying at the campsite can only access the festival grounds once the gates open and must depart after the event concludes.
Camping is not included in the price of the ticket or organised by Hive Family Festival.

Purchasing tickets on the day

We highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance. However, if any remain, they will be available for purchase online.

Buying tickets for others

Hive Family Festival e-tickets will display the name of the purchaser. If you wish, you can transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Every ticket comes with a unique barcode, which will be scanned at the festival entrance. Once scanned, the barcode will be deactivated, ensuring it cannot be used again.

To avoid falling victim to scalpers, scammers, or bots, we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets official sources. Always buy directly from the official Hive Family Festival website.

Facebook and social media scams

Be cautious when it comes to purchasing tickets through social media platforms. Many ticket offers found on Facebook or other social media sites are fraudulent, and unfortunately, 99% of them are scams. These posts may promise great deals, but they are designed to take your money without providing legitimate tickets in return.

To ensure you’re getting your tickets from a trusted source, always buy directly from the official Hive Family Festival website. Protect yourself from scammers and avoid any third-party ticket sales on social media. Stay safe and secure by purchasing only from official channels.

Group Discounts

Standard ticket pricing terms and conditions apply to all attendees. Remember, the earlier you purchase, the more you save, as ticket prices increase over time.

Support the Festival Competition

When you support Hive Family Festival, you could get your entire order refunded! Here’s how it works:

• When you support Hive Family Festival via the ‘Support the Festival’ option on the final page of the ticket booking process, you’ll be entered into a draw to win a full refund of your ticket order.
• Donation options and entries:
  • £5 → 5 entries
  • £10 → 10 entries
  • £20 → 20 entries
• To be eligible, donations must be made during the ticket purchase process.
• The winner will be selected on Tuesday 11th August 2026 and will be contacted using the details provided at checkout. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Hive Family Festival reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Only the cost of tickets will be refunded; additional donations, extras, parking, or booking fees are not included. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. A cash alternative is not available.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over and UK residents.
• The competition is not open to Hive Family Festival staff, contractors, suppliers, or anyone connected with the organisation of the event.
• Hive Family Festival reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse entry if these terms are not met.
• The competition is run by Hive Family Festival. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
• Personal data collected for the competition will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and only for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
• The decision of Hive Family Festival is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition.
• Hive Family Festival reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
