Information for festival vendors
Applications for catering and non-food trade stalls at the Hive Family Festival are now open!
We’re keeping it local! If you’re a local catering company, vendor or stallholder, we’d love to hear from you.
Application deadline: 30th March 2026. We reserve the right to close applications early. If you’re interesting in trading at Hive, please apply as soon as possible.

Whatever you make on the day is yours to keep. We will not take a percentage of your sales post-event. You can find our pitch fees listed below.

By submitting an application, you agree to follow the Hive Family Festival Vendor terms and conditions. Please make sure you read these thoroughly and inform your staff before the event. The festival organisers reserve the right to remove anyone who breaks this agreement or behaves inappropriately.
